It is going to be a quick one today, runner, retros, and some Flyknit love. I am Jacques Slade and this is the Heat Check.

As per the usual, the releases for this week kicked off on Thursday with the Nike Lunar Tempo 2. For those that like to run on Lunar, these rock plenty of it in the midsole with a lightweight engineered mesh upper with Flywire to keep you locked in. These arrived in both mens and womens sizes and will cost you $100 on the nose. Keeping with the running theme, Nike is also dropping the Flyknit Racer in the Cookies and Cream Colorway. These are super lightweight and feature Zoom Air cushioning. Lots of love for these across the blogs. Look for these to cost you $150 when they drop Friday.

Switching to Saturday day, Nike Lab is putting some work in on the Air Force 1 Mid and will have four different colorways of that shoe releasing on Saturday. From Vachetta Tan to Gym red these are getting the premium treatment and will cost you $165. For the skate fans out there, Nike SB is giving us a Nike SB Dunk High in a colorway that reps the outdoors well. Inspired by Ithaca New York this pair draws heavily on the area’s wooded terrain and natural beauty. The pair rocks full pig suede with Metal boots eyelets to seal the deal. Look for those to drop on Saturday as well for $120.

This season will be the last time we see Kobe on an NBA court and the shoe he will be rocking is the recently announced Kobe 11. Nike Basketball is launching the shoe with the Achilles Heel colorway which is basically red and university red and Black. From the translucent outsole to the Flyknit upper to the Lunar Midsole, you can grab these for $200 on Saturday. Rounding up the drops for this week is the Air Jordan 2 in the Radio Raheem or “Brooklyn 80” colorway as Nike is calling them. The leather upper is mainly black with splashes of of color after a shirt Raheem wore in the movie Do The Right Thing. Those will cost you $190 over at Finish Line.

I am Jacques Slade, this is the heat Check presented by Finish Line and as always, I appreciate you, I’ll see you soon Peace
