What up folks it’s Jacques Slade and over the last year, Youtube has given me so much that I wanted to take a second to give back to the channels that have inspired me in one way or another. Now these are not the only channels I watch, but they are the channel I check for the most.
So let’s start with sneakers. When it comes to that world, Nightwing and Foamer and the guys that I watch the most often. Nightwing is just a beast when it comes to performance reviews, and Foamer knocks it out of the park with his unboxings. His pop culture game is on another level. Another guy that I just started watching more is sneakerheadinthebay. I like his style.
When it comes to vlogging style videos, I watch a lot of Casey Neistat and a guy named Ben Brown. Casey style is really dope and he is pretty inspiring. You should check him out if you haven’t already. But be carefull, you can get addicted pretty quickly. At the same time, I watch a lot of Ben Brown cause he travels the world and lets me see a parts of the world that I have never been. Plus he is pretty dope photographer.
When it comes to technology, I have a few that I watch. #1 is probably the Verge. They have influenced the way I cover events for sure. The quality is top notch and my hope is that I can bring that style of video go guys at some point for sneakers and sports. I also watch Marques Brownlee, better known as MKBHD. His camera work is exceptional and he is one of the best sources of info when it comes to smartphones. There is also TLD. He covers a ton of different technology and he is the guy I got the idea for the light up shoes from. I actually think he is a sneakerhead on the low, he just doesn’t know it yet.
On the random side of things, Ash Tailor, he creates beautiful videos, Austin Evans to keep my computer game right, Anna Akanna for her funny skits, and if you play soccer, you should definitely follow Unisport TV Their channel is super dope.
Anyway, so yeah, when you watch my videos, you watch a little bit of all these videos. They all have inspired me in one way or another and I think have helped me make my channel better for you guys. So one of my goals for 2016 is to keep growing and learning and making my channel even better for you. So with that said, leave me your favorite Youtubers down in the comments below so I can check them out.
